Please come 15 minutes before the start of the demo to meet the instructors and the other attendees. Please fill out the waiver prior to arrival at https://ki.life/waiver . We recommend wearing clothes suitable for light to moderate movement, which includes wearing long pants (track pants). We practice on a clean, matted surface so come prepared to practice with bare feet.
