We offer workshops and classes for people who want to fall, programs for people who want to practice Aikido, and individual classes for people who just want to be a bit more coordinated in their daily life. Each class is capped at 6 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Family Ki-Aikido Class

Fridays, 6:30 - 7:45pm

In this special Ki-Aikido class, bring yourself and a family member to practice at 50% off per person. Learn the basics of Ki-Aikido training with your family.

Kids 10+ are invited to train with their parents.

about Dojo training

Class series

  • This series teaches mind-body coordination with an eye towards fall prevention and fall safety. Participants can register for this class at any time and work in at their level of performance.

 

Class series

A more formal approach to learning Ki Aikido. Open to anyone, regardless of experience. This training incorporates elements of all of our workshops, and works towards rank progression.
