We offer workshops and classes for people who want to fall, programs for people who want to practice Aikido, and individual classes for people who just want to be a bit more coordinated in their daily life. Each class is capped at 6 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Weapons training

Ki Development + Weapons
Select Saturdays 4:30pm

Train your focus and challenge your mind and body unity through weapons training. Come and train Ki no Kenpo, an art using blunted weapons but based on Ki-Aikido principles. Taught using traditional Ki training techniques, emphasizing form, control and step work. Engaging, challenging training which will leave you feeling strong, centered and refreshed.

Class series

  • This series teaches mind-body coordination with an eye towards fall prevention and fall safety. Participants can register for this class at any time and work in at their level of performance.

 

Class series

A more formal approach to learning Ki Aikido. Open to anyone, regardless of experience. This training incorporates elements of all of our workshops, and works towards rank progression.
